First Graduating Class of Ethereum Developer Course

London, United Kingdom, September 15, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The first cohort of B9lab's course for developers on the Ethereum Blockchain has graduated today. Participants have taken part in a challenging nine week, in-depth training course culminating in the first ever certification.  The course has garnered much interest with more than 100 developers registered, coming from six continents and 28 countries. In keeping with the course’s principles, the certification will be available on the Ethereum Blockchain reinforcing the authenticity of the developers’ credentials.

Participants in the course learn not only Truffle, Web3 and Solidity, (Ethereum's programming language) but also gain a deep understanding of the foundations of blockchain technology. B9lab developed the course in response to a growing demand for trained developers from large companies and institutions. 'We were getting daily requests from potential clients to provide training or find developers for their blockchain projects. We quickly realised the community needed a course that would certify their talents, and that's what we're trying to achieve." said Elias Haase (Founder at B9Lab).

Now on its fourth iteration, the online course is made up of videos, screencasts, exercises and graded midterm and final examinations. Almost 24 hour support is given by the B9lab course team composed of experienced developers, who have been part of the blockchain community from the beginning and witnessed the technology evolve.
